If you create a PO for SKU A based on the fact that you have an order for SKU A and do not keep SKU A on hand, then is the order still considered a backorder since its not filled yet and since there is no inventory on hand, even though you have created a PO and you intend to fill it? For this filter when trying to determine which drop ship orders will show up, since the definition simply says: ordersthat are drop-ships Im confused as to the context and meaning of orders and if it means drop ship purchase orders or actual orders that contain drop inventory, and if it does mean orders that contain drop ship inventory then does it consider any of the following when returning search results for drop ship orders: A. I've read and re-read the knowledge base page on this and then compared the knowledge base glossary definitions for approve an order, backorder, complete an order to try and understand them and how to use them but I fear I have really made myself more confused. I have some major questions regarding the Quuick Filter statuses and what they actually mean. It filters for the last import overall, not the last import from the selected shopping cart.
In MOP, when we use the Search button to build a list of orders, and we select a shopping cart, and then QF status Orders from Last import why doesnt that return any results? Is it only for the very last import, no matter which cart that was? I don't see any documentation on what this this filter is supposed to provide in the KB.
